Physical Products

All physical product orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse any order at our sole discretion. Title and risk of loss for physical products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Digital Products

Digital downloads — including but not limited to printable coloring pages, activity sheets, and PDF resources — are made available for personal, non-commercial use only. Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the digital content for personal or classroom use. You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, sublicense, or modify digital products without our express written consent.

ALL SALES OF DIGITAL PRODUCTS ARE FINAL. Because digital files are delivered immediately upon purchase and cannot be "returned," we do not offer refunds on digital downloads except in cases where the file is defective or inaccessible.

Order Acceptance

Your placement of an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including but not limited to product unavailability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity. An order is not confirmed until you receive an order confirmation email from us.

Shipping

We ship physical products to addresses within the United States and select international destinations as indicated at checkout. Estimated delivery times are provided for informational purposes only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

Returns and Refunds — Physical Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect physical product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will work with you to issue a replacement or refund at our discretion. We do not accept returns of undamaged physical products unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Refunds — Digital Products

As noted above, all digital product sales are final. Refunds on digital downloads will only be considered if the file is confirmed to be defective or inaccessible and we are unable to provide a working replacement.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including but not limited to text, graphics, illustrations, logos, coloring book artwork, digital downloads, product designs, and educational materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of Faith & Freedom Kids or its licensors and is protected by applicable United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
